Born in Kyrgyzstan, I moved to Russia to return to my roots and chose to have my studies in international business and business administration at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
After graduation, I first decided to work as a French teacher at my alma-mater. However, it did not feel enough for a young and ambitious woman, even though the idea of sharing my knowledge was appealing and heartwarming. A whole world was out there to explore.
A desire to see it drove me to the hospitality industry: first to a hotel in the centre of Moscow, and then to the Moscow office of The Leading Hotels of The World, where I worked in the reservations department.
However, my true passion for the travel industry began with the representation business. Before starting Flaneur in 2024, I spent 7 years working for a Moscow-based representation company specializing in the luxury sector and exotic destinations.
I have worked with:
– Soneva Hotels, Maldives
– North Island, Seychelles
– Resplendent Ceylon, Sri Lanka
– Crown & Champa Hotels, Maldives
– Dharana, India
– Lemala Lodges, Tanzania
– High-end DMCs in Latin America, South and East Africa, Oman
The idea of starting my own company was a natural evolution of my experience and my constant desire to grow.
My passion for the growth can be seen in every area of my life and my wide range of interests: learning new languages and cultures, art and history, painting and singing, fashion and design, literature, and many other things. Pure curiosity drives me, and my biggest regret is that a lifetime is not enough to get to the core of everything this beautiful world offers.
In my work of promoting the hotels and destinations I try to awaken the same curiosity in others – to inspire them to explore the world and find experiences they will remember forever.
